RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

All our products are natural and made by hand; therefore, some minor variances in colour, scent and texture may occur between batches.

We recommend keeping your product out of direct sunlight. Exposure to temperature fluctuations may cause changes in texture, particularly in our balms. You may notice small beads dispersed throughout — this is a natural reaction of beeswax and will melt upon skin contact.

If you believe your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at hello@beingskincare.com.au within a reasonable time of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10. Express domestic is charged at a flat rate of $15.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after an order is placed.

PAYMENT

All orders must be paid for by card at checkout. All payments are processed through Stripe.
