PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price payable is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where pricing errors have occurred or where payment details cannot be verified.

Ownership of goods remains with Being Skincare until payment has been received in full.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

DELIVERY

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–5 business days and in any event within 30 days unless otherwise notified. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days at hello@beingskincare.com.au

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

RETURNS & ADVERSE REACTIONS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

However, we comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at hello@beingskincare.com.au within a reasonable time of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Being Skincare excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from use of this website or misuse of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation that cannot be excluded.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (at our option) to:

• replacement of the goods
• repair of the goods
• resupply of the goods
• payment of the cost of replacing the goods

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of Queensland. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
